The Global Healthcare
Information Network is working with a range of organisations to facilitate
the availability and use of healthcare information in developing countries.
GHI-net does not itself act as a provider of health information.

The HIFA2015 Campaign was launched at the 10th biennial congress
of the Association for Health Information and Libraries in Africa,
Mombasa, Kenya, 26 October 2006.
GHI-net is responsible for the administration and coordination of
the HIFA2015 Campaign.

CHILD2015 is an email discussion group which explores how to meet
the information and learning needs of people involved in child
health care, including family carers, primary health workers and
health professionals working in district hospitals.
CHILD2015 is managed in collaboration with the International
Child Health Group of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child
Health. We welcome expressions of interest to expand the alliance.

HIF-net is an email discussion group which aims to increase access
to information for health researchers and health professionals in
developing countries. GHI-net is responsible for the moderation of
HIF-net (Health Information Forum), under contract from the International
Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications (INASP).
HR4D-net
HR4D-net is an email discussion group concerned with Health Research for Development. It is moderated by GHI-net
under contract from the International Network for the Availability
of Scientific Publications (INASP), and is jointly managed by INASP and the Global Forum for Health Research.
Invitations for expressions of interest
1. We invite interested organisations to collaborate with
us to develop and launch MOTHER2015. This email discussion group
will explore specifically how to meet
the information and learning needs of people involved in maternal
and reproductive health care in developing and emerging countries,
including family carers, primary health workers and health professionals
working in district hospitals.
2. We invite expressions of interest to collaborate with us to conduct
a series of literature reviews on the information needs of primary
and district-level healthcare providers.
We are currently exploring possibilities for collaboration with
a number of organisations. Please
